Christmas Message 2017

It’s fair to say that 2017 has been a bit of an exciting year for Chichester Cars Accident Repair and Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Centre – not in the least because we’ve welcomed more customers than any previous year to date, but also because of the amazing thing we have achieved as a team!

First and foremost is our BSI Kitemark. In October we were extremely proud to pass a series of elaborate examinations and be awarded with this prestigious kitemark – it is something we, along with the whole Chichester Cars Team, worked very hard to achieve. The fact that it is a status that needs to be upheld and monitored means that Chichester Cars will always deliver the best quality of service possible, leading to further customer satisfaction across the board.

We have been focussing a lot of our time and energy on delivering top quality customer service, and we’re extremely proud to say that the whole team have been really responsive in understanding the importance of representing the Chichester Cars brand – one member of staff, in particular, went out of his way to help a lady who had fallen over and offered her such support that she emailed us directly to commend him – well done Stuart!

Tom, Harry and the whole team at Chichester Cars can’t wait for 2018, not just to catch up with existing customers, but welcoming new ones too. The opportunity to share the latest advancements in wheel refurbishment and accident repair services is something we’re so proud to be able to offer. We would like to thank everyone who has given us their custom this year, as well as the whole team for making Chichester Cars the great company that it is – see you all in 2018!
