Do I have to go to my approved repairer because my insurance company is pushing me to do so?

NO is the answer. Here at Chichester Cars Ltd we are not governed by any insurance company as we feel that once you are you can be led down the route of providing a sub-standard repair due to a reduced hourly rate and forced to give paint and parts discount.

I am a new customer, how can I be sure of the quality of workmanship?

Chichester Cars Ltd are proud of our customers’ feedback. We like to hear genuine, honest feedback straight from the customer’s mouth. Every customer is entitled to have their say, and we thrive on constantly improving and bettering ourselves. Why not take a look at our Facebook page, or Google, do see what our customers say about us. We’re immensely proud to receive no less than Five Stars on both sites.

My insurance company have asked me to get various quotes, is this necessary?

They are only doing this to get the cheapest quote possible, it is your RIGHT to get your vehicle repaired where YOU want, regardless of cost.

How long will it take to get my car repaired?

Of course this all depends on the size of the job. Currently we are running at a 95% one day turnaround time. We understand that it is inconvenient to be without your vehicle for that school run or your journey to work, so speak to member of our team if you have any specific requirements.

What do you do with my information?

We take your privacy and your data very seriously, here at Chichester Cars ltd! We will not ask you for any personal information unless it is vital to your repairs. We will never keep your personal data for longer than necessary, sell your information, nor transfer it outside of the EEA. If you have any questions or concerns regarding how your personal identifiable information is used, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Do I get a cup of tea or coffee?

Believe it or not, this is one of our frequently asked questions! As we offer while you wait services we encourage our customers to take full advantage of our comfortable heated reception with free WiFi and our lovely Front of House team will be more than happy to offer you refreshments.
