The Role
You already know this bit however, as a MET Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Vehicle Inspection: Conducting comprehensive inspections to assess the extent of damage to vehicles, producing an accurate parts list including mechanical and electrical.
- Diagnosis: Using diagnostic equipment and tools to identify any issues with vehicle.
- Replacement: Replacing damaged suspension components and electrical parts
- Panel Removal and Installation: Removing and reinstalling vehicle panels and bodywork as necessary to access damaged components for repair or replacement.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, upholding our commitment to safety and efficiency.
Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who not only possess the necessary technical skills but also embody the values that define our company culture. To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as an MET Technician in an accident repair setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for fixing things.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
